A bill AIA|WA is tracking, HB 1648, recently had a member of the design community, Kurt Creager, testify before the Houuse Community Development, Housing, and Tribal Affairs Committee:
As Director of Housing and Community Development for OTAK in Vancouver, WA, Kurt commended the bill's adaptive reuse. He advocated for the current definition of Municipalities to add "housing authorities" due to their role in community development.
